12/8/2023 0 Comments Wwdc 2007 keynote downloadIlluminous - The word "illuminous" is spoken or appears on any slide. IPhone Widgets - The announcement of any WebKit-based iPhone development environment open to third-party developers (even if the resulting applications are not called "widgets"). ![]() But if it is called "new" or presented it as a big change, you can mark this square. As always, the quotes around "new" are there to indicate my pessimism that it'll actually be all that new. "New" Finder in Leopard - A substantially altered Finder appears in Leopard. This includes the ability to run any other foreign OS within Leopard, including other versions of Mac OS or Mac OS X. Virtualization in Leopard - Any virtualization features built into Leopard. VoIP or iChat on iPhone - VoIP, iChat, or any other form of voice or text-based communication that uses the iPhone's WiFi connection. (and see later squares about iPhone development). I know this square seems like a gimmie, but remember how much Jobs likes to talk about the iPhone. Leopard is the star - Though many other things are discussed, the majority of the time in the keynote is spent on Leopard. ILife - A new version of iLife is announced. Leopard secrets revealed - As far as we can tell, all of Leopard's " top secret" features are revealed. Mac is retired, renamed, or otherwise nuked.īertrand, baby - Bertrand Serlet is either the first non-Steve, non-iPhone-related presenter, or he has the most time on stage of any Apple employee other than Jobs. Whether or not it's actually improved doesn't matter it's just the presentation that counts. Mac service is presented as significantly improved. The requirements for each square are listed below. If we can't actually hear you, it's also acceptable if Steve Jobs hears you on stage and indicates this in some way.perhaps, by having you thrown out or "disappeared." Hey, no guts, no glory! The first person in the audience to win the game is expected to yell "BINGO!" loud enough so that the rest of us can hear it when we watch the keynote webcast video later. If you're going to the keynote in person, print out the bingo card and play along live. The official card is in PDF format, as usual:įinally, a refresher on the rules. Of course, as with the OS X iPods and Leopard booting ZFS, I'll be happy to be proven wrong. If either of those things happens, you can check the "ZFS mentioned" square anyway, but I'm hedging my bets on any sweeping ZFS integration. ![]() ZFS only gets its traditional "mention" square (which has yet to be checked) rather than the expected "ZFS replaces HFS+" or "Leopard boots from ZFS" squares. And I just can't imagine the inevitable OS X-based iPods being announced until after the iPhone launches. HD content or something in the iTunes store, maybe, but that's pretty boring. ![]() I just couldn't think of anything related to those two products that's both exciting and remotely likely to be announced at WWDC. Most glaringly, there's nothing about the iPod or iTunes. ![]() There are a few notable absences this time. As usual, some unmarked squares from past cards have been carried over. For WWDC 2007, it's the same deal: one card, no easy wins. For a refresher course on keynote bingo, see the explanation accompanying the Macworld 2007 bingo card.

If your application's scheduler is running on multiple servers, you may limit a scheduled job to only execute on a single server. In addition, all servers must be communicating with the same central cache server. To utilize this feature, your application must be using the database, memcached, dynamodb, or redis cache driver as your application's default cache driver. This is typically only necessary if a task becomes stuck due to an unexpected server problem. If necessary, you can clear these cache locks using the schedule:clear-cache Artisan command. $schedule -> command ( ' emails:send ' ) -> withoutOverlapping ( 10 ) īehind the scenes, the withoutOverlapping method utilizes your application's cache to obtain locks. However, this can quickly become a pain because your task schedule is no longer in source control and you must SSH into your server to view your existing cron entries or add additional entries. In the past, you may have written a cron configuration entry for each task you needed to schedule on your server. 12/8/2023 0 Comments Valknut compass meaning![]() Why? As a result of the Vikings believed the Vegvisir, the Viking or the Nordic compass provided necessary help also as steerage to those folks that lost their life path. This ancient Viking image was one in every of the essential Vikings assistants. As compared with Helm’s Awe (which has a similar arms), the Vegvisir’s weapons square measure totally different, and there aren't any 2 a similar arms. However, Vegvisir or the Viking Compass is another Viking image that consists of character staves. What’s a lot of, these symbols square measure typically confused. Which means of the Viking image “Vegvisir” – “That that Shows the Way” – is usually related to Aegishjalmur attributable to their similarity. The result was the magic hammer that was then conferred to Norse deity. Then he gave the hammer to Thor, and same that Norse deity would possibly smite as arduous as he desired, whatever could be before him, and therefore the hammer wouldn't fail and if he threw it at something, it might ne'er miss, and ne'er fly to date as to not come back to his hand and if be desired, he would possibly keep it in his sark, it absolutely was therefore small however so it absolutely was a flaw within the hammer that the fore-haft (handle) was somewhat short However it absolutely was not simply a weapon. The origin of Mjölnir is found in Skáldskaparmál from Snorri's Edda. Loki created a bet with 2 dwarves, Brokkr and Sindri (or Eitri) that they may not build one thing higher than the things created by the Sons of Ivaldi (the dwarves World Health Organization created Odin's spear Gungnir and Freyr's collapsable boat skioblaonir). Mjölnir is thought for its ability to destroy mountains. Whereas Northman jarls and kings simply known with wise, crafty Norse deity, Thor’s unbounded strength, bravery, fortitude, and ease appealed a lot of to the common Northman freewoman. He was the god of thunder and therefore the god of war and all told one amongst one in every of} the foremost well-liked figures in all of mythology. Norse deity was the son of Norse deity and Fyorgyn (a.k.a., Jord) the planet god. Once the Vikings saw lightning, and detected thunder in a very howling storm, they knew that Norse deity had used Mjölnir to send another big to his doom. The circle shaped symbol represents protection, safe bearer with its eight branches protecting you from all the evil intent coming from all directions.Mjölnir (me-OL-neer) means that grinder, crusher, hammer and is additionally related to thunder and lightning. It is meant to help the holder of this symbol to overcome any obstacle put on your path by fate through the hardening of your soul and mind. ![]() This symbol aims to evoke the feeling of self protection from disease or depression and anxiety, but also induce terror and fear to the mind of your enemies at the same time. This symbol is combining two runes from the Futhark alphabet: Algiz which represents protection and victory and Isa which represents yourself, the identity, control, focus, but also challenge, self preservation. Symbol of victory and protection, Ægishjálmur was painted in blood on the forehead of warriors before battles, between their eyes, located where the Third Eyes is. However, the meaning and use of this symbol are quite different. Ægishjálmur or Helm of Awe is often mixed up with Vegvisir as they look a little bit alike. For those believing in magic powers such as the Norse Shamans, Vegvisir would guide your heart and your steps in making the right choices in your life, helping you to find your confidence back when you lost yourself and your faith. In general manners, it is also used as a talisman for luck, protection and blessings. Vikings used to go on raids a lot and sailing into the unknown was kind common, hence, most of the ships were decorated with Vegvisir to bring them fortune to find their way while protecting the seamen from storms. It is believed this symbol had the power to guide people wearing it to the right direction for those who lost their path. Vegvisir is a very powerful symbol in the Norse mythology. There are some people believing that the 8 branches represent the cardinal points (north, south, west, east, northwest, northeast, southwest, southeast) while others believe the 8 branches represent the 8 worlds of the Old Norse mythology and the center represents the 9th world, Midgard, the world of humans. This symbol has eight branches meeting in the center. The name itself means the “wayfinder”, “vegur” meaning way and “visir” meaning pointer. Vegvisir is a famous symbol you might have seen if you looked a little bit about Iceland and its folklore. 12/8/2023 0 Comments Barney gumble funkoDon't delay, eternal happiness is just a Simpsons Pop! And undoubtedly, all of the above and the truth is capable of creating the illusion of a double pupil. But, according to his version, people of those times simply called pupula duplex such phenomena as, for example, pupil dilatation, retinal disorders and other eye defects. In a misunderstanding of the ancient authors of this phenomenon with Smith, McDaniel agrees. And this feature in modern science has a name such as heterochromia. And this ancient people emphasized the difference in the color of the eyes of a person (for example, the left one is blue and the right one is green). In his work, Pupula Duplex Smith argues that this concept is symbolic, not medical. It all started with Kirby Smith's research, which Walton Brooks McDaniel later refuted with his work "A double pupil and other manifestations of the devil's eye." The double pupil aroused considerable interest among scientists during the period from 1902 to 1918. ![]() A photo that could confirm this phenomenon was never provided to the scientific committee, which left Mr. Someone Henry Haun - a resident of Kentucky - had a double pupil. In addition to this case, the double eye was fixed in medicine in 1931. And most importantly, that he is so imprinted in history - "A man with double eyes." It is this kind of Chinese minister that is depicted in the paintings, and this is what his wax figure looks like in the London Ripley Museum. And the most significant contribution to his popularity was made by this very moment. Second, Liu Chun had two pupils in each eye. First, he managed to make his son the heir of all of China, which was served by his connections with the widowed empress. This official got his fame because of two circumstances. Later he was transferred to the post of state minister. In the city of China, Shanxi, Governor Liu Chun sat. Mentions about Liu Chun in historyįor a long time, in 995 BC. One of them is Liu Chun, governor of the ancient Chinese city of Shanxi. However, among the owners of such eyes are very successful people. Naturally, in the old days people had nothing but horror to cause such a phenomenon. A vivid example is the work of the ancient Roman poet Ovid, where the double pupil has a special place. These references can be found in the works of ancient writers. Initially, this ailment was called "the devil's eye". However, this phenomenon Pupula duplex (double pupil) is found in many sources of both ancient scientists and researchers of the last century. But most often it is either a violation in the retina, or the development of a parasite, etc. Of course, it is possible that there are a lot of cases when the patient's eyeball does look like it has a pair of pupils. Modern medicine completely rejects the fact that the disease is a "double pupil". Perhaps this phenomenon or not, disputes are still to this day. A double pupil - that's already becoming really curious, right? ![]() Moreover, after a couple of hours, no one will remember that just recently a couple of people who grew attached to each other walked past him.Īnd what if during a walk you catch a glimpse of not two but four pupils? And in one eyeball there will be two. In view of the fact that they have already soaked all eyes on TV, this case will be left without attention. And even if they do not wave you from the stage, but simply in the ordinary atmosphere will pass by. And it's no surprise if you see such an "owner of an extra phalanx" in our days, standing a few centimeters from you, say, in line for groceries.Īlso, a pair of Siamese twins will not be surprising. It would seem that not so long ago people came from all around the neighborhood to look at a person who has a sixth finger on his hand. And today hardly anyone can surprise this. It's no secret that in human physiology there are a lot of oddities. 12/7/2023 0 Comments Typinator for pcNeed more examples? Have a look at our Typinator: Learn center. Imagine how much more pleasant and stress-free work could be! A small tool with big effects. These repetitive tasks take time-time we could easily save for more important (or fun!) things. Just think about how many times you write your first name, last name, address, or email somewhere. Most of us are required to write tedious texts repeatedly, day by day, or even many times per day. How does a text expander tool help me boost productivity? Have a nice day.” Easy as pie, right? Coming back to our defined abbreviations, you type “yw” or “thx” and the tool writes “you’re welcome” or “thank you” for example. It then automatically expands your abbreviations to whichever text you defined. Have you ever typed an abbreviation like “yw” or “thx” to save time but then the recipient didn’t understand the message? A text expander allows you to write words, sentences, or even entire paragraphs by typing just a few abbreviations. So the death of ModernDeck has been on the timetable for a while, but now that Twitter is pushing out TDP to more people, it's inevitable they will kill the old TweetDeck that ModernDeck relies on to operate. ![]() This would require a rewrite of everything at best, and at worse be just totally infeasible. And it being a complete rewrite means total incompatibility with any mods built for TweetDeck. Second, it is extremely difficult to extend TweetDeck Preview like the old TweetDeck could. This lack of any care makes this experience often even worse than old TweetDeck. It also inherits large performance problems, because while the web app usually runs well enough with just a single thing on the screen at a time, with TweetDeck you can have several, even dozens of columns, meaning performance can be abysmal on lower end systems and even struggle on high end systems. This new version shares code with the Twitter Web App, which means it shares its feature set as well. To alleviate the lack of any features or development on TweetDeck, Twitter has been selectively testing a new preview version of TweetDeck that contains a lot of these features. This means ModernDeck will always be missing features present in the Twitter Web App and mobile apps, even though being based off of TweetDeck means we have privileged access to the API compared to traditional 3rd party apps. Some of these features can and have been grafted in, such as a GIF picker, but other features such as managing threads prove far too difficult to try to graft in. TweetDeck as it stands now is missing tons of features found on Twitter's more contemporary clients. First starting as a mod for the now-dead TweetDeck for Mac, it quickly emerged as a browser extension, and eventually, a dedicated desktop app built with Electron. Originally called TweetDeck Enhancer, ModernDeck started as a way for me to improve the look and feel of TweetDeck, and eventually add new features to it. I cannot continue to put labor into a company that hates its developers and its users. ![]() Many of these issues are shared with Better TweetDeck, and Better TweetDeck's demise was the last push I needed to clarify what the hell is going on. It's painful to have to put down something you've been developing on and off for the better part of a decade, but I cannot see any way forward for a variety of reasons that I'll get into. Let's get this out of the way: After more than 8 years of development, development of new ModernDeck features is halted and Twitter will likely break your ability to use it in the near future. This is the end of the road for ModernDeck. Twitter has killed several APIs relied on by TweetDeck, rendering ModernDeck largely useless. 12/7/2023 0 Comments Table summarize tool gis![]() If the Input Zone Raster or Features has overlapping features, the zonal analysis will be performed for each individual feature. The higher resolution output will not necessarily be as high quality a result, since the additional detail does not exist in the Input Value Raster. Specifying a smaller cell size will generate a larger output raster. You can manage this by determining an appropriate value for the Cell Size environment that will preserve the necessary level of detail of the feature zones, and specify it in the analysis environment. As a result, those zones will not be represented in the output. If the Input Zone Raster or Features is a feature, for any of the zone features that do not overlap any cell centers of the value raster, those zones will not be converted to the internal zone raster. ![]() When the zone and value inputs are both rasters of the same cell size and the cells are aligned, they will be used directly in the tool and will not be resampled internally during tool processing. Either of these cases will trigger an internal resampling before the zonal operation is performed. If the cell size is the same but the cells are not aligned, the value raster will be used as the snap raster internally. When the cell size of the Input Zone Raster or Features and the Input Value Raster are different, the output cell size will be the Maximum Of Inputs value, and the value raster image service will be used as the snap raster internally. If the zone is a feature, it will be converted to a raster internally using the cell size and cell alignment from the Input Value Raster ( inputValueRaster in Python). If the Input Zone Raster or Features ( inputZoneRasterOrFeatures in Python) is a raster, it must be an integer raster. While you can use local feature data and layers as input to this portal tool, best practice is to use layers from your portal as input. This tool does not support local raster data or layers. The input feature layer can be a layer from the portal or a URI or URL to a feature service. The input raster layer supports a layer from the portal, a URI or URL to an image service, or the output from the Make Image Server Layer tool. The portal tool accepts layers from your portal as input and creates output in your portal. When the tool is invoked, ArcGIS Pro serves as a client and the processing occurs in the servers federated with ArcGIS Enterprise. ![]() This raster analysis portal tool is available when you are signed in to an ArcGIS Enterprise portal that has an ArcGIS Image Server configured for Raster Analysis. That is why we saved the token temporarily.ġ3- Fetch your repos, it should work now. ![]() You might get the same window when you Fetch anther repository. )ġ2- You will notice a new password window shows up asking for password, Enter the same Token which you used it earlier. You can go again to Authentication of SourceTree and see your account has actually been added !ġ1- Ensure that your repository setting of your git is correctly formatted (. It will tell you it failed, do not worry it did not !Ĩ- Click Ok then Close SourceTree Completely.ĩ- Remove the password cache file called "passwd" in "C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree".ġ0- Open sourcetree again. Ensure you have this token saved somewhere TEMPORARILY because we will need it.ħ- Enter your email as username, and the just generated PAT as password. It is your decision !Ĥ- Open SourceTree, go again to Tools -> Options -> Authentication.Ħ- Prepare your new Personal Access Token, then click "Refresh Personal Access Token" button. Currently it is possible to return back to old format. So, if you want to follow exactly what I did, do it. I closed Visual Studio as well, just in case !ģ.5 - I switched to DevOps format from Organization settings in DevOps website. I am using SourceTree for Windows version 3.2.6Ģ- Remove all Visual Studio (or DevOps). You will try, and think you are not successful, but you are really near from it ! follow with me: I can use this to add my repos as remotes and my old, carry-over authentication still works for old repos. It popped up a login field I entered my email as user name and the PAT password as my password and after a while it came back Authenticated. The only flaky part was actually clicking the button to activate the Personal Access Token I had to make sure the Host URL field didn't have focus (I clicked every field in order, top to bottom to make the PAT button work). I added a new account to Authentication and used the built-in Azure option and the ` ` URL for the Host. ![]() ![]() The Azure integration seems to be working okay now. If, like me, you regenerated your token you use for SourceTree so you could get the password, you will need to edit the DevOps remotes and select the new DevOps Host entry instead of the old Generic Host. Remotes will work fine with the format after this initial account authorization.Īny remote repository added using the old Generic Account / Generic Host method (3.1.3 on Windows still had no DevOps integration) should still work if you didn't regenerate the token those remotes use. When trying to authorize with, it seems to succeed in logging in, but fail at gaining Git permissions. This is still the case in the SourceTree 3.2.0 Windows beta that is only a few days old. There is an open bug report on it (as Christian Wölke pointed out quite some time ago) that seems to be getting some slow progress, but a bump could help reminding them that it's still an active issue: When using this as host URL, and then using the account name used to log in DevOps as username and the PAT as password, it's working.Įdit:As of the issue is still ongoing, and I see more people are finding the answer here. One should still write it in the old VSTS link format (even if the organization has been made on DevOps): Please give this a go, before trying the workaround!Īpparently (at the time of writing ), when writing the host URL rather than writing: Edit: (as of ) The issue is reported as resolved - see |
